Each person is a unique blend of the four colors or styles. Colors is an attempt to identify various personality styles and label them with colors Personality assessments such as Colors can help assemble teams, provide better communications among team members, determine your strengths and identify your gaps. Colors can also affirm a person’s assumptions of their strengths and weaknesses.
