How High Performing Women Create High Caliber Lives

Ms. Paige Floyd-Hart

Do you find yourself constantly struggling with the work, life and health balance? Is staying on task a dream you can’t seem to reach? Have you heard yourself repeat over and over how stressed out you are? It is not just you. Women all over are spreading themselves paper thin every day: professionals, stay-at-home moms, and retirees, you name it and we all share a common bond. No matter your “job title,” we all feel the pressure of daily tasks and keeping them in balance. A High Performing Woman is every woman who wants to get more done in less time, who desires balance in life, family and health.

In this series, we will empower you to become more effective in your daily routine. We’ll learn about scheduling your days and weeks’ activities in a way that maximizes your time. We’ll learn about the picture we are painting in our minds each week and then how to shape that picture into what you really want it to be. Additionally, we will cover helpful ways to diplomatically say “no” more often. Not only that but to give yourself permission to say “no.”

Paige Floyd-Hart is a wife, mother, small-business owner and community activist. She was born and raised in Florida; her hometown is Niceville!

After graduating from Niceville High School, she attended Northwest Florida State College, working full-time while pursuing a degree in Business Administration. During this time, she learned the real estate and title insurance business end-to-end. Upon graduation from NWFL State College, she went into the title insurance business full-time, becoming a licensed agent in 2003. She quickly moved up through the ranks into a state leadership position, overseeing multi-million dollar operations for Rels Title, a national title company.

In 2014, Paige launched into the role of entrepreneur. She became a small-business owner, creating Bright Light Land Title Company, LLC.

Paige is married to Kyle Hart, a former USAF Captain, Florida State University Law Student, and lovingly southern transplant. The family resides in Niceville, Florida and attends Destiny Worship Center. She is active in her daughter’s class and school activities and can be found many weekends during the year cheering on the sidelines of her daughter’s soccer games.

In addition to these roles, Paige currently serves the community in the following positions:

  • Board of Directors for the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce.
  • Okaloosa County Parks and Recreation Citizen’s Advisory Committee to the Board of County Commissioners.
  • 2014 Education Chair for the Emerald Coast Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors.
  • In 2011 & 2012, she was the Chair for the Ways and Means Committee.
    • Created and directed the chapter’s first-ever 5K run/walk to raise money for chapter education and a local non-profit charity.
    • Awarded the honor of Affiliate of the Year both years.

In 2013, Paige served as the Co-Director for the Shelter House Luminaria Run 5K/9K. Shelter House is a non-profit organization and shelter for victims of domestic and sexual abuse.

Last year, she was selected as a Content Creator for the state of Florida and Pearson VUE review of the title agent’s state exam.

Look for her in the upcoming inaugural Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce Veteran’s Day 5K!
